How accurate are the AI estimates?
Our target is within 20% of real vendor quotes for 75% of events. In Calgary, we've pre-seeded the cost engine with real market data across all 8 vendor categories. Accuracy improves continuously as more events are completed on the platform.
Do I need an account to get a budget?
You can explore the platform, but saving a budget and requesting vendor quotes requires a free account. Sign up takes 60 seconds.
Is PartyBudget only for Calgary?
Right now yes — Calgary is our launch city. Edmonton, Vancouver and Toronto are coming in Phase 2. The pricing data and vendor matching are calibrated city-by-city, so expanding carefully means the AI stays accurate.
What happens to my data?
Your event data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We never sell your data. Budget details are private and only visible to you unless you explicitly share a PDF export.
